Contract Review – $300 – a comprehensive review of a purchase contract for a residential property and a consultation with client reviewing all aspects of the contract. (Review of additional documents is additional and will be billed separately at $160 an hour).
Real Estate Purchase Contract or Lease Drafting – $400 – includes working with either buyer/tenant or seller/realtor/landlord in the creation of a residential real estate purchase contract or lease.
Request to Remedy Unsatisfactory Conditions – $200 – includes working with buyer’s realtor in drafting and submitting Request to Seller and negotiation of remedies.
Closing Representation – $500-$750 – includes a review of the title commitment and TRID Statement when available prior to closing and attendance at Closing. Before or at the closing, every document you sign will be reviewed with you so that you will have familiarization with the documents. If issues arise at the closing table, every effort will be made to resolve the issues at that time.
Title Search/Exam/Opinion of Title/Certificate of Title – $250-$1000 (depends upon complexity of title search)
Closing/Settlement Fees – $500-$1000 (depending upon location, parties involved # of documents etc…)
Document Preparation (Deed) – $75-$125
Lender’s Documents – $200-$500
Recording of Documents – $50-$100 (depends on location and number of documents)
Lender’s Package/Courier – $30
The above services are for one property with one seller/landlord or buyer/tenant or Refinance. Any services provided outside of the explicit descriptions above, such as review of additional documentation will be billed separately. Furthermore, these services are for residential sales/purchase/refinance. Commercial Transactions will be billed at $160 an hour or a higher Flat Fee.
